Meeting The Standard - November 2011
In April 2011 we launched a number of new Service Standards. Follow links to the charts below to see how well we have been performing against the new standards. We use our teams of mystery shoppers and tenant inspectors to check if we are meeting these standards, as well as using other information.
Overall most tenants received the level of service described in the Service Standard. However this did not happen in every case and these results will help us to identify where we need to get better. We will continue to monitor these service standards and report back to you the changes we have made to improve the service to customers.
Red - Unsatisfactory, not meeting any of the standards
Amber - Meeting some of the standards but room for improvement
Green - Meeting all the standards.
